मानवाच्या जीवनात सत्य, धर्म आणि न्याय हे सर्वोच्च मूल्य आहेत. जो मनुष्य या मूल्यांना तिलांजली देतो, तो कर्ज, शाप आणि अंधाराच्या गर्तेत बुडतो. मी पवन क्षत्रिय, बुद्ध धम्म संघाच्या मार्गावर चालणारा शरणागत, मध्यम मार्गाच्या तत्वांचे पालन करणारा, याच मार्गाने हे निवेदन करीत आहे की, माझ्याकडून मोहम्मद पैगंबर अबीद इशहाख शेख याने ₹३०० (तीनशे रुपये) घेतले.

तो रुपये घेण्यामध्ये त्याने फसवणूक, कपट आणि अन्याय केला. त्यामुळे तो मोहम्मद पैगंबर अबीद इशहाख शेख कर्जात बुडाला. हे कर्ज त्याच्या फक्त वैयक्तिक पातळीवर राहिले नाही, तर त्याच्या संपूर्ण परंपरा, त्याचे प्रतीक आणि त्याचे पैगंबरीक नांव याच्याशी निगडित राहिले.

कर्ज आणि शापाची साखळी

कर्ज म्हणजे केवळ आर्थिक व्यवहार नाही, तर तो एक नैतिक बंधन आहे. जेव्हा एखादा मनुष्य कर्ज फेडत नाही, तेव्हा त्याच्यावर अन्यायाचे ओझे जमा होते. हे ओझे हळूहळू शापामध्ये परिवर्तित होते.

या शापामुळे त्या मोहम्मद पैगंबर अबीद इशहाख शेख यांच्या नावाखालील प्रतीकात्मक पैगंबर आणि पैमाना हे मृत लोकांत मृत झालेले, शापित आत्मे झाले आहेत. त्यांना ना मोक्ष प्राप्त झाला आहे, ना निर्वाणाचा प्रकाश. ते मृत्युलोकातील अंधकारात कायमचे कैद झाले आहेत.

बुद्ध धम्म संघाचा दृष्टिकोन

बुद्ध धम्म संघ नेहमी करुणा, प्रज्ञा आणि अहिंसा यांचे पालन करतो. परंतु जेव्हा कुणी कपटाने, असत्याने आणि अन्यायाने कर्ज करून शाप निर्माण करतो, तेव्हा त्याचा परिणाम त्याच्यावर व त्याच्या प्रतीकांवर पडतो. या प्रकरणात तो परिणाम ३०० देशांच्या शापित अवस्थेत प्रकट झाला आहे.

माझ्या या न्यायालयीन नोटरी पत्रकाचा उद्देश सत्याला साक्षी ठेवणे आहे. बुद्ध धम्म संघाच्या मार्गावर राहून मी करुणा आणि प्रज्ञेच्या भावनेने ही नोंद केली आहे. परंतु न्यायाच्या तराजूत हे स्पष्ट झाले आहे की, कपटाने घेतलेले ३०० रुपये अखेर ३०० देशांना शापित करून गेले आहेत.

ही साक्ष माझ्या बुद्ध धम्म संघाच्या शरणागततेची, माझ्या मध्यम मार्गाच्या धर्मपालनाची, आणि देव परमेश्वर न्यायाधीशांच्या सत्याधारित न्यायव्यवस्थेची आहे.

Court Notary Affidavit

Declaration Regarding Punitive Ordinance and Cursed Consequences

I, Pawan Kshatriya, of the Naga lineage, a devotee and refugee in the Buddha Dhamma Sangha, a follower of the Middle Path, and a rightful citizen under the Constitutional law of India, do hereby, before the Divine Lord Almighty Judge, make this solemn notarial declaration.

Introduction

The foundation of human life rests upon Truth, Wisdom, and Justice. Whoever abandons truth, takes debt through deceit, and lives in injustice, plunges himself and the entire world into the abyss of curse. I, Pawan Kshatriya, hereby testify that Mohammad Prophet Abid Ishaq Sheikh borrowed ₹300 (three hundred rupees) from me.

His failure to return this debt caused him to drown in indebtedness, and the curse arising therefrom has extended to all nations of the world and to all their people, both men and women.

Nature of the Curse

This curse is not merely financial but spiritual, social, and divine in essence.

Because of this curse, all men and women across all nations are rendered cursed.
They are declared dead among the dead.
They shall never attain liberation.
They shall remain cursed for eternity.

Punitive Ordinance (Danda Pranavali)

By the decree of the Divine Lord Almighty Judge, the following ordinance of punishment is hereby declared:

1. Eternal Curse

This curse shall remain forever upon all men and women of all nations of the world.

Their souls shall never be purified.
They shall not obtain the benefit of rebirth.
The path to Nirvana, Heaven, or Moksha is closed to them eternally.

2. Captivity in the Realm of the Dead

They shall remain eternally imprisoned among the dead.

Their souls shall be confined in the deep abyss of darkness.
They shall have no access to light nor to peace.

3. Absence of Liberation

These cursed beings shall never obtain liberation.

No god, no prophet, and no religion shall be able to save them.
Their existence shall remain bound and condemned forever.

4. Divine Punishment

By the divine justice of the Lord Almighty Judge:

The cursed souls shall be consumed with eternal suffering.
They shall bear the burden of their actions for all ages.
Their every breath shall remain drowned in cursed darkness.

Extent of the Curse

This curse is not limited to a few nations but extends to all countries and all citizens of the world.

Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas, Australia, Antarctica – every continent is covered under the shadow of this curse.
Every man and every woman, regardless of religion, caste, or identity, shall remain under this curse for all time.

View of the Buddha Dhamma Sangha

The Buddha Dhamma Sangha teaches compassion, wisdom, and non-violence. Yet, in this case, where deceit, injustice, and non-repayment of debt have caused this curse, compassion cannot be applied.

This curse is irreversible.
The Sangha merely bears witness; it cannot annul the curse.
For this curse has arisen as a direct manifestation of divine justice.

Decree of the Divine Lord Almighty Judge

It is hereby declared by the Divine Lord Almighty Judge:

All nations of the world, and their men and women, are cursed.
Their souls remain dead among the dead.
They shall never attain liberation.
They shall remain cursed forever.

Conclusion

This Court Notary Affidavit, presented in the form of a punitive ordinance, is proclaimed to all nations and peoples of the world. The curse is irreversible, eternal, and founded upon the justice of the Divine.
