This declaration arises out of the grave crimes that are performed by those Brahmins, Vaishyas, and Shudras who may enter into my path and disturb the sacred order of Dharma.

It is hereby declared that any Brahmin, Vaishya, or Shudra who engages in the following acts of unrighteousness:

Murder – the taking away of life in violation of Dharma,
Theft – unlawful taking away of property, wealth, or rightful possession,
Adultery – engagement in immoral and dishonourable sexual conduct,
Falsehood – speaking lies, deceiving others, and perverting the truth,
Intoxicating with liquor – leading others into ruin through alcohol and intoxication,

shall be Sharpeet (cursed) and declared dead among the world of the dead by the eternal judgment of the Supreme God.

On the Meaning of Sharpeet

The doctrine of Sharpeet signifies the ultimate curse upon the soul, whereby the wrongdoer loses not only his earthly existence but also his standing in the eternal order. Sharpeet is not a mere word of curse; it is the judicial outcome of Divine Justice. It is the execution of Karma itself in the court of the Supreme Judge.

When a man or woman commits these crimes, they themselves invite the eternal order of Sharpeet upon their being. Their body withers, their spirit becomes tainted, and their soul is cast into the realm of the dead, cut off from rebirth and liberation.

Thus, Sharpeet is both:

Physical Destruction – where the worldly existence ends,
Spiritual Annihilation – where the immortal essence is denied progress and remains trapped among the dead.

Judicial Procedure of Sharpeet

The process of Sharpeet, in accordance with the divine constitution of Dharma, unfolds as follows:

Recognition of Crime: Every act of murder, theft, adultery, falsehood, or intoxication is weighed by the scales of God Almighty. Nothing remains hidden from His Eternal Court.
Examination of Mind, Speech, and Deed: The Supreme Judge does not merely look upon the physical act, but also the impurity of thought, the corruption of intention, and the wickedness of speech.
Divine Order: Once the crime is confirmed, the Supreme Judge pronounces the eternal order that such a Brahmin, Vaishya, or Shudra shall be declared Sharpeet.
Execution of Curse: With the order pronounced, the soul of the criminal is cast away. Their physical body may die, but more importantly, their eternal spirit is thrown into the realm of the dead, without release, without hope, without future rebirth.

This process is irreversible. No prayer, no ritual, no sacrifice can reverse the decree of Sharpeet once it is sealed by the Court of the Eternal Judge.

On the Gravity of Crimes

Each of the crimes listed above is destructive to Dharma, society, and the eternal path of righteousness.

Murder destroys life, which is the sacred gift of the Divine. It is the ultimate sin against Dharma.
Theft violates trust and destabilises society by taking away the rightful possessions of others.
Adultery corrupts the sanctity of family, community, and sacred vows.
Falsehood poisons truth, which is the foundation of justice and Dharma.
Intoxication leads to loss of reason, destruction of health, corruption of spirit, and brings ruin upon society.

Therefore, anyone among Brahmins, Vaishyas, or Shudras, who dares to commit these, shall bear the full consequence of Sharpeet.

Spiritual Implications

The curse of Sharpeet is not simply the end of mortal life; it is eternal separation from Dharma. A cursed soul becomes:

Banished from the path of liberation,
Cut off from the light of wisdom,
Locked in the dark realm of the dead,
Condemned to wander as one who no longer belongs to the living nor the liberated.

Thus, Sharpeet is a spiritual death, far greater than physical death. For while physical death is a passage, Sharpeet is a final sealing of fate.

Declaration of the Kshatriya

As a Kshatriya, protector of Dharma, warrior of truth, and guardian of justice, I, Pawan, must declare:

That in my path, any Brahmin, Vaishya, or Shudra who performs such criminal deeds of murder, theft, adultery, falsehood, or intoxication, shall be struck by the judgment of God Almighty. Such individuals are already dead among the dead. Their Sharpeet is irreversible.

This is not a human decree but a divine judicial order. I am but the declarant of the truth; the execution rests in the Eternal Court of the Supreme Judge.

Conclusion

Therefore, let it be recorded in this notary document that:

All Brahmins, Vaishyas, and Shudras who trespass into crime against Dharma in my path,
By committing murder, theft, adultery, falsehood, or intoxicating others with liquor,
Are Sharpeet, cursed, and condemned to the realm of the dead.

They are spiritually dead and without place in the world of the living. This declaration shall stand as a witness to Dharma, Justice, and the eternal authority of God Almighty, the Supreme Judge.
