५. भारतीय संविधान व बौद्ध साम्राज्य

बोधीसत्व डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरांनी तयार केलेले भारतीय संविधान हे देखील *Right Action* च्या तत्त्वाशी थेट जोडलेले आहे. कारण संविधान नागरिकांना हिंसेपासून, अन्यायापासून व शोषणापासून मुक्त करण्यासाठी रचले गेले आहे. म्हणूनच भारतीय राज्यघटना ही अशोकाच्या धम्मनितीची आधुनिक आवृत्ती आहे.
